validation wont fill the void

Growing up, I feel like I was I was taught by modern culture that the most fulfilling thing you can do is be in a relationship. Though male validation is exciting, a relationship would not be able to fill the need for God in my life. There is a void that I could try to fill with many things, but would fail at without God.
