Losing Myself

Within the LGBTQ community, one of the biggest struggles I’ve faced is feeling sexualized against my consent. I often feel only seen for my body and not my being. Being gay does not give people the right to view and treat me as a tool for sex. I am more than my outwardly appearance. I want to be seen as a child of God first, no matter where I go.
