First Sin

When I first saw fault within the church, it felt like I was falling. I was confused why the people who preached love and acceptance showed anything but to some people. Still, I trusted in God and focused on my relationship with Him. Though it felt like his light was covered, I could still see the flame peeking out, reminding me of its presence.
